Our approach to strategy clearly differs from the traditional approach of other strategy consulting firms.  We won’t be creating mountains of ‘data’ to crunch.  We won’t be sending you lengthy reports.  And our final product isn’t a 200-page Powerpoint deck.

Our process will result in two strategy outputs: A visual summary of the strategy for your stakeholders and a project road-map for your team to execute.  And while many strategy firms disappear at the point the “deck” is delivered, we remain in place to guide and support the execution wherever clients need us; discreetly representing them in the field, crafting executive communications and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of strategic initiatives.
