The Heath brothers provide a lot of anecdotal evidence and the stories, individually, are great stories of how change was accomplished. When read next to each other, though, there wasn’t a recurrent takeaway. So it didn’t really provide what I’d consider universal guidelines for how to achieve change. It’s definitely worth a read; it helps get your brain in the right space to approach these types of problems. Just don’t expect a complete book of solutions.” –Ryann
