No matter how you refer to them, they’re flowing into the workforce in droves and as some would say, creating a myriad of management challenges in their wake. Millennials are making waves in our corporate environments because they have a completely different set of expectations for their jobs and managers. There is no doubt it’s been a struggle for many workplaces to accommodate them. Our Managing Millennials workshop focuses on giving you a keen insight into the perspective of the typical millennial employee, and gives you practical tools to deal with the new and different way these employees want (and demand) to engage with their work environments. We’ll cover technology, teleworking, coaching, delegation and the keys to giving them the structure they crave to keep them happy throughout their careers.
