This workshop is designed to give the new manager a crash course in communicating effectively with all her stakeholders: her team, her manager and the wider organization, both verbally and silently. Participants will learn how to select the most efficient and effective communication vehicle for each situation. Most importantly, we’ll help the new manager gain valuable insight into her vision of who she wants to be as a manager, and translate that into a powerful communication style that fits with his/her authentic self.
