Wired wrote a quick blurb about a great new crowd-sourced fundraising project called Kickstarter. The site is getting a lot of attention for all of the great new projects that it is helping to get off of the ground. Projects that otherwise would have been long forgotten and not funded are now blossoming. The reward for the initial boost in monetary confidence varies from project to project but there is always incentive to help the lil’ guys out. Check it out–you never know, you may help get the next Apple off the ground.
