Or, an army. Or, a country. Every project that an organization undertakes requires a leader who can drive results from the team, while developing every team member to their potential and connecting project goals with the direction of the organization.

Project leadership is a soft skill, the squishy kind that makes many project managers nervous. Leadership combines creative, communication, and analytic methods in ways that inspire greatness from the ordinary.
