We open with an introduction to how the brain processes information and the physiological influences that often override ‘logic’ in making decisions.  Then, building on the the techniques taught in Influence (Core), we develop participants’ advanced negotiation skills in analyzing and mapping decision-dynamics; recognizing irrational patterns of choices; and harnessing emotional factors to influence decisions and behaviors.

Deeply immersive, peer-reviewed and applied to real scenarios facing your organization, this program is designed to stretch high-calibre individuals to develop a powerful, authentic influence style congruent to their roles and personality.
